Five years ago, we sat with a handful of students in a single classroom. Today that circle has grown into a movement reaching tens of thousands of young people across India. Every number on this page began as one conversation, one workbook, one moment of a child feeling seen. We grow carefully, measure honestly, and never forget that behind every curve is a face.

The Challenge

Why this work matters, in numbers

Behind every statistic is a young person at a crossroads. India has the largest generation of adolescents in history, yet the systems meant to support them are stretched thin. The need is not abstract, it is sitting in classrooms, in Anganwadis, and in homes across the country, waiting to be met.

A student overwhelmed by academic pressure

“One in four students carries a weight no one can see.”

Untreated distress in adolescence echoes for decades, in dropped-out classrooms, lost livelihoods, and avoidable crises. When we reach a young person early, we don't just change one life; we change the trajectory of a whole family and community. That is why we measure the problem honestly, and respond to it with evidence, not assumptions.
